Conversations about the GDPR at Voyager have been going on for a very long time now, but I'm relieved to hear comments like this being made by names such as Facebook, and getting decent coverage by the BBC. I predicted a surge in the GDPR press coverage from Jan, and it looks like I may be right.

Based on real conversations with hundreds of Voyager prospects over the last few months, many in the Recruitment industry are still blind to the impact that the GDPR is going to have. 

Maybe the catalyst for the 'GDPR Recruiter Awakening' will only start when employers start asking employment agencies if they're GDPR compliant.

If I was running an internal recruitment team of HR function, it would be the first question on my preferred supplier’s questionnaire!
