As the Recruitment industry continues to be challenged with increased legislation I wondered what, if anything, can be done to promote or highlight those that are taking steps in the right direction?
One of my mentors once said the carrot is more powerful than the stick. I agree. But then without any recognition or accreditation for those businesses who are putting the time and effort into compliance, we're missing some serious potential motivation.
Fines get the attention of the Board, but what gets the attention of your (potential) customers? What sets you aside from your competition?
